What exactly is a waterdrop®?
A waterdrop® is a small, sugar-free cube that enriches your water with natural fruit and plant extracts, along with valuable vitamins, helping you drink more water throughout the day.
How do I prepare my beverage?
Simply drop one cube into 15-20 oz of still or sparkling water. Let it dissolve completely for a few seconds, and your refreshing beverage is ready to enjoy.
What is the shelf life of the cubes?
Our Microdrinks have a shelf life of approximately 12 months. You can find the specific best-before date printed on the back of each individual blister pack.
How long does shipping take?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days within the continental US. You will receive a tracking link via email as soon as your order leaves our warehouse.
Can I return my order?
For food safety reasons, we can only accept returns of unopened and sealed packaging within 14 days of delivery. Please contact our support team to initiate a return process.
Are waterdrop® cubes suitable for children?
Yes, our standard Microdrinks are sugar-free and caffeine-free, making them a great alternative to sugary sodas for children. However, we recommend our Microenergy line only for adults due to the caffeine content.
